Using the Kemsolid KSI 16000, the team was able to mix walls up to 950 cm (37.5 in) wide and 16 meters (52 ft) deep. Importantly, the system produced an exceptionally consistent soil mix, with significantly reduced grout waste and optimal permeability characteristics, ensuring both structural integrity and cost-efficiency.

A key advancement in this project was the integration of the KSI blade with the ABI rig’s 180-degree rotatable mast. This allowed operators to efficiently perform soil mixing and wall construction even along zero lot lines, an area where excavator-based setups face limitations.
